Our mission is to create “Romantic Living Spaces for Every Day Life.”
A love affair begins with each property even before we actually buy it. We don’t know exactly what it is, and we can’t describe it in advance.
It’s walking into a property that is plain, simple and usually with its original interior. And, suddenly we know. Someplace inside these walls a romantic cottage is waiting to emerge.
And, just like in every romantic relationship it will develop at its own pace.
We are never exactly sure how this romance will take shape; it’s a work of art and an act of love.
A romantic cottage-look characterizes our homes.
You are greeted by garden arbors, picket fence and name plaques (every cottage is named).
Inside, you will find intimate spaces in unlikely places, beaded board, tin back splashes, and antique chandeliers. Painted furniture often house our kitchen and bathroom sinks. Vintage floral wall paper line the staircases, leading to a master bedroom.
Second floor baths are often found tucked in a curve of an attic roof-line.
